How to maintain a Blow-Up Pool Clean

A blow-up pool to get the neighborhood children can keep them cool on warm summer days, but small children occasionally have unavoidable injuries in the pool that can transmit diseases. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, children that live in the exact same dwelling are not as likely to be in danger of contracting a recreational water illness, but when you enable neighborhood children to join the fun, the odds of disease increase. Instead of ban the other children from the pool, then take precautions and clean the blow-up pool after every use.

Dump the water from the blow-up pool after every use.

Fill a bucket with water. Add 3/4 cup of regular household bleach to each 1 gallon of water.

Use the bleach mixture to the surface of the blow-up pool, using a clean sponge. Allow the bleach mixture sit around the pool for about five minutes.
